Five Enrolment Categories & Group Seat Policies
Participation is structured to serve individual learners as well as organized groups across five official categories. Content and reflection contexts are tailored to the participant's specific social or institutional sphere.
Important Group Registration Rules
While groups (Families, Companies, Institutions, Public Offices) can register cohorts up to 30 members under a single administrative coordinator, the following operational safeguards are strictly enforced:
Per-Seat Tuition: The tuition fee is payable separately for every participating member based on their chosen package, level, and mode. The group arrangement does not mean one flat fee for all.
Individual Dashboards: Every group participant receives an independent admission number, personal My SPECS Dashboard, and private learning history.
Strict Evaluation Privacy: Group coordinators cannot view individual reflection answers or Growth Reports. Counseling remains strictly private between the student and SPECS staff.
Individual Certificates: Completion awards and transcripts are issued directly to the qualifying individual member, never collectively to the organization.
